Scan patient-
Intra-oral scan or 3D can of plaster model (either works fine). CBCT is required if the appliance is mini-screw assisted. Yes, you should get a CBCT.

CAD & Production-
We design the appliance in CAD and you will approve the preliminary design in case hub. After approval, we begin production using multiple manufacturing disciplines: CNC machining, swiss-turning & 3D printing. We are more than a lab. We are a manufacturer. See more...

No fitting of bands, no separators required!
MARPE 4 "Dainty" - 9yo Male
4 screw MARPE. Small "dainty" appliance with printed bands on 6s. No unnecessary bulk in the appliance and greater patient comfort.
MARPE 4 - 17yo Male
4 screw MARPE with 12mm MDOM (maxillary distraction osteogenesis module). Printed bands on 6s with lingual bonding pads on 4-5. The occlusal rests on the 1st bicuspids help stabilize the appliance during install.
Lower Appliance w/ removable bar
Lower appliance with removable bar segment for oral surgery to remove impacted bicuspid after bicuspid protraction. Single mini-screw on right (lingual).
Lower canine (impacted) retraction
Printed bands on 6s with lingual pads on 4s&5s. Single mini-screw on buccal with integrated insertion guide (to be cut off after TAD insertion). The integral guide is for precise TAD placement due to limited room for error because of interproximal TAD placement.
Marpe 4 - with removable Buccal Hooks
4 screw MARPE with removable buccal hooks for anterior retraction, root torque and intrusion.

MAX ANCHORAGE Anterior Root Torque
Two screw Max Anchorage appliance with buccal hooks to retract, intrude and / or torque the anteriors; printed bands on the 6s and "break-off" stabilizer arms from the 4s to the appliance. These arms are there for stability during insertion and will be removed after appliance is seated.

MARPE 2 - 11yo Female
2 screw MARPE with printed bands on the 6s and break-off stabilizing bars from the front of the appliance to the 4s with occlusal rests. The break-off bars provide stability during seating and are removed after install.
